The organisation is started by the founder Mrs Vijayalakshmi ,M.A .B.Ed, Dip in Hindi, Praveen Pracharak, who has dedicated her life in imparting knowledge to the students. She has started her career as a Teacher, worked for various schools, which offer matriculation and central board syllabus curriculum.
She is a life time member in D.B.H Sabha.
She has taught various subjects and her specialisation is Hindi. She has made students appear in Certificates courses in Hindi offered by Dakshin Bharath Hindi prachar sabha ,from ,Parichaya,Prathmic [ level 1] to Praveen [level 8].
Her key role is to provide online education for students in India and abroad. She has provided corporate training for spoken hindi. Hindi language training for school students is a major part of work being done by her.
She also does Translation work in Tamil ,English ,Hindi and in Telugu.
