Parichaya: It is the fundamental course conducted by Dakshin Bharth Hindi prachar sabha [ DBH Sabha ]. The student learns the basics of Hindi.

 

Prathmic: In this course the students learn fundamentals of grammer, translate lines in other languages, reads stories and comprehend. Lessons in hindi and the exercises.The standard of this can be compared to the standard of the hindi taught in standard V , Marticulation schools in India.

 

Madhyama:  The students learns to translate paragraphs in Hindi. Learns dialogue writing. Development of hints to write stories. Learns numbers in hindi upto 100. sentence correction. Letter writing , composition etc. In this course the student need to clear two examinations, one in the fore noon and the other in after noon.

 

Rastrabasha; Advanced essay writing, synonyms , antonyms, Advanced technical translation, Bio graphies of political leaders, life histories of legends,Comprehension , proverbs , phrases and their applications in sentence formation. In this course the student need to clear two examinations, one in the fore noon and the other in after noon.

 

Praveshika: learns drama, poetry, prose, non detail., Parts of speech from noun to interjunction, transitive, intransitive verbs, prefix, suffix in hindi. Regional language proficiency has to demonstrated in the exam. In this course the student need to clear three examinations, one in the fore noon, the other in after noon and the last the next day.

 

Visharad poorvardh and Visharad uttarardh:  Vishard is a one year course the first part course is named Poorvardh. It concentrates on making the student learn about prose,drama, novels, regional language , advanced grammer [ parsing – padparichaya ].

Uttarardh concentrates on poetry :- old poetry ,modern poetry, urudu poetry, historical drama, viva voce oral examination

 

Praveen poorvardh and Praveen Uttarardh: Praveen is a one year course. The first part course is named Poorvardh. It concentrates on literature viz kurukshetra, rasmayee[ modern poetry], old poetry.

Uttarardh: origin and Development of Hindi, dramas ,novels and its kinds,autobiographies, old ,middle ,modern age in hindi.,ras ,chand alankar

 

By going through all the above course the student can have command over the subject, have fluency in spoken and written hindi.Able to write stories,poems on his/her  own, demostrate in literature, understand the specialities in hindi. In short the student can be a scholar in hindi.
